Sunday, July 23 is Parents Day 2023.
American Clergy Leadership Conference (ACLC) Nonviolence Coalition North Las Vegas is presenting
“Stopping the Violence by Blessing the Families”.
Doors open at 1:00 PM-3:00 PM at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Senior Center
2420 North Martin Luther King Blvd. #B, North Las Vegas, Nevada.
American Clergy Leadership Conference (ACLC) Nonviolence Coalitions are being created across America to strengthen families and rebuild our communities. American Clergy believe that it is the breakdown of the human family that is the root cause of violent behavior and its founder, Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon has tasked Clergy leaders with the mission to end violence, especially gun violence in America. ACLC’s objective is to educate Christian Clergy about the important role of Parents in rearing their children in a nonviolent environment and to educate the people about how to build Godly families. On this Parents Day 2023, ACLC has invited the Universal Peace Federation to award outstanding and exemplary parents and to provide data that shows that two-parent families are dramatically more peaceful than all other family structures. To help strengthen families, ACLC has a Blessing Movement To Revive America Through The Anointed Healing And Rededication Of Marriages. Beginning on this Parents Day, Clergy will bless 64 couples in recognition of the Season of Nonviolence which begins with the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi’s assassination and ends on April 4th with the memorial of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., an iconic Clergyman advocating for economic justice for African Americans, who was assassinated on April 4th. North Las Vegas, Nevada Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown is the first City in America to proclaim the 4th of April A Day of Nonviolence and the proclamation will be read during the Parent’s Day celebration this weekend.
